Stuffed Strawberries with Kadayif, Pistachio, and Kinder Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 13 large strawberries
  • 45g kadayif
  • 15g butter
  • 80g pistachio spread
  • 12 Kinder bars
  • 5ml oil

Preparation

  1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and dry them with absorbent paper, cut off the part with the leaf, and place each strawberry with its leaf on baking paper in an orderly manner

  2. Use a corer to make a hole in each strawberry and remove part of its content

  3. Melt the butter in a pan and add the kadayif, sear it until golden brown on medium heat

  4. Transfer to a bowl, let it cool slightly, add the pistachio spread, and mix well

  5. Fill the strawberries with the kadayif mixture and seal each one with the leaf

  6. Put in the freezer for 10 minutes and meanwhile melt the Kinder chocolate and oil in the microwave using pulses

  7. Insert a toothpick into the stem of each strawberry and ensure it holds properly for coating

  8. Coat the strawberries in the melted Kinder chocolate, making sure it is not too hot, and place them on a surface lined with baking paper

  9. Freeze again for another 10 minutes, then pipe pistachio spread over the chocolate using a piping bag

  10. Store the strawberries in the refrigerator
