Three-Ingredient Matcha Strawberry Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

  • 200g your choice of chocolate
  • 5g matcha powder
  • 1/2 cups dried strawberry slices

Preparation

  1. Combine melted chocolate with matcha powder, mix until smooth.

  2. Fill the mould with chocolate.

  3. Tap the mould to eliminate air bubbles.

  4. Scrape the mould with a scraper and ensure the top surface of the mold is scraped clean.

  5. Top chocolate bars with dried strawberries.

  6. Allow to set at room temperature for 15 mins and then place in the fridge for 20 mins.
