Vegan Chocolate Fudge with Pistachios

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 can (320g) condensed coconut milk

Toppings

  • Sea salt flakes
  • Handful of pistachios
  • Optional: dried flower petals

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate with the condensed coconut milk in a pan.

  2. Pour the mixture into a brownie pan lined with baking paper.

  3. Sprinkle the toppings over it.

  4. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Tips

  1. For firmer fudge that holds up outside the fridge, use 300g chocolate instead of 200g.

  2. This fudge makes a great edible gift; package in a jar with a ribbon for a thoughtful present.
