Vegan Chocolate Fudge with Pistachios
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 can (320g) condensed coconut milk
Toppings
- Sea salt flakes
- Handful of pistachios
- Optional: dried flower petals
Preparation
Melt the chocolate with the condensed coconut milk in a pan.
Pour the mixture into a brownie pan lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle the toppings over it.
Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Tips
For firmer fudge that holds up outside the fridge, use 300g chocolate instead of 200g.
This fudge makes a great edible gift; package in a jar with a ribbon for a thoughtful present.
