Festive Dippy Eggs with Sausages

Ingredients

  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Sausage components

  • 4 vegetarian sausages
  • A couple of slices of vegetarian ham-style slices
  • A couple of slices of vegetarian pastrami-style slices
  • Vegetarian bacon seasoning

Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs until they are soft-boiled with runny yolks

  2. Wrap each vegetarian sausage in a slice of ham-style and pastrami-style slices

  3. Spray and sprinkle the wrapped sausages with vegetarian bacon seasoning

  4. Cook the sausages in the oven until golden and cooked through

  5. Season the soft-boiled eggs with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes

  6. Serve the dippy eggs alongside the sausages for dipping
