Delicious Vegan Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup plant milk (I used oat milk)
Optional add-ins
- Cardamom or other flavors, to taste
Preparation
Make oat flour by blending oats if not already prepared
Put all ingredients in a blender or mash the banana and blend all the ingredients with a whisk.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Cook on medium heat in a non-stick pan without oil or water until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
