Savoury Carrot Pancakes
Ingredients
- 110g oat flour / 1 tbsp baking powder / 1/2 teaspoon salt / 1 cup carrot puree / 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar / 1/4 cup water
Preparation
In a bowl, put everything together and stir
In a warm non-stick pan on medium/high heat, add 2 tbsp of the batter and smooth it out a bit
Cover the pan with a lid, cook for 5 mn
When the top is dry, flip the pancake and cook for one more minute
Repeat until there's no batter left
