Glazed Strawberry Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups diced strawberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond milk and eggs, then stir in the dry ingredients and the diced strawberries, coating the strawberries in a little extra flour to prevent sinking.
Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake for 38 minutes.
After baking, allow the cake to cool, then prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with a little strawberry juice and water, and drizzle it over the cake.
