Joyful Avocado and Radish Toast
Ingredients
- 4 slices spelt sourdough bread
- 1 avocado
- The juice of half a lime
- Himalayan salt and freshly cracked pepper
- 1 watermelon radish
Preparation
Toast your sourdough.
Slice the watermelon radish finely
In a bowl mash your avocado with the lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Once your toast is ready, spread on the mashed avocado and then top with the slices of watermelon radish. Season with some extra cracked pepper.
