Fresh Corn and Avocado Salsa with Lime

Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn (grilled or canned)
  • 1/3 cup red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1/3 cup cilantro (optional)

Preparation

  1. Chop the jalapeño, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.

  2. Squeeze the juice from the lime.

  3. Combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, including corn, chili powder, sea salt, and optional cilantro.
