Fresh Corn and Avocado Salsa with Lime
Ingredients
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup corn (grilled or canned)
- 1/3 cup red onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- sea salt to taste
- 1/3 cup cilantro (optional)
Preparation
Chop the jalapeño, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
Squeeze the juice from the lime.
Combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, including corn, chili powder, sea salt, and optional cilantro.
