Refreshing Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango, cubed
- 1 shallot, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Juice from one lime
- Sprinkle of salt
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the cubed mango, minced shallot, minced garlic, diced red pepper, diced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt.
Let the salsa sit for a bit to allow the flavors to come together.
For even better flavor, refrigerate the salsa for an hour before serving.
