Minty Immune Boosting Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp of cashew butter
  • A very large handful of fresh spinach
  • 8 mint leaves

Boosters

  • 1 tsp of lucuma powder
  • 1 heaped tsp of Happy Hemp & Baobab Super protein powder

Toppings

  • Strawberries
  • Bee pollen grains
  • Cacao granola
  • Cacao nibs
  • And more pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients and boosters together.

  2. Add the toppings on top.
