Minty Immune Boosting Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp of cashew butter
- A very large handful of fresh spinach
- 8 mint leaves
Boosters
- 1 tsp of lucuma powder
- 1 heaped tsp of Happy Hemp & Baobab Super protein powder
Toppings
- Strawberries
- Bee pollen grains
- Cacao granola
- Cacao nibs
- And more pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients and boosters together.
Add the toppings on top.
