Green Vegan Smoothie Bowl for Veganuary

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Large handful of fresh spinach leaves
  • 6 cm of cucumber
  • 6 to 10 mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk

Boosters

  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1 heaped tbsp pumpkin and chia seed protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, thick and creamy.

  2. Top with a sprinkle of granola, pumpkin seeds, and cacao nibs.

  3. For a green smoothie variation, add more cashew milk.
