Green Vegan Smoothie Bowl for Veganuary
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 avocado
- Large handful of fresh spinach leaves
- 6 cm of cucumber
- 6 to 10 mint leaves
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
Boosters
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 heaped tbsp pumpkin and chia seed protein powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth, thick and creamy.
Top with a sprinkle of granola, pumpkin seeds, and cacao nibs.
For a green smoothie variation, add more cashew milk.
