Spinach Kiwi Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 heaped dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 kiwi
  • at least 3 large handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 1 heaped tbsp of cashew butter
  • a splash of mylk
  • protein boost with happy happy help and baobab from @thatprotein

Toppings

  • granola
  • cashew butter
  • blueberries
  • kiwi
  • @ombarchocolate 72% dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  2. Top with granola, cashew butter, blueberries, kiwi, and dark chocolate.
