Chocolate Dragonfruit Morning Magic Blend

Ingredients

Dragonfruit smoothie

  • 1 packet of @pitayaplus frozen pitaya (dragon fruit)
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tbsp aloe
  • 1 cup milk of choice (used @drinkkiito for more protein, fats, and adaptogens)
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • 1 scoop @hyperbiotics prebiotics
  • 3 tbsp @yoursuperfoods muscle protein powder (or swap with your protein)
  • 1/2 tbsp @yoursuperfoods chocolate lover (or swap with raw cacao powder)

Raw ball components

  • 3 softened medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop protein or almond flour
  • Optional: 1 scoop rhodiola
  • Optional: 1 tsp maca powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until creamy.

  2. For the raw ball, mix ingredients in a food processor until dough forms.

  3. Roll the raw ball dough in cacao nibs and coconut shreds if desired.
