Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups cashew milk
- Bread for toasting
Toppings
- Fresh apricot slices
- Pomegranate arils
- Macadamia pieces
- Pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Mix chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and cashew milk together in a bowl
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight until it thickens
Toast the bread until golden brown
Spread the chia pudding evenly over the toasted bread
Top with fresh apricot slices, pomegranate arils, macadamia pieces, and pumpkin seeds
