Acai Berry and Matcha Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2 TBS chia seeds
- 1 tsp Acai berry powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- dash ground cloves
- dash cinnamon
Preparation
Whisk everything together, place in a small lidded jar and refrigerate overnight.
For the matcha chia pudding, use the same recipe but replace the acai powder with matcha powder.
In the morning, layer and top as you wish, such as with coconut flakes and blueberries.
