Overnight Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups soy protein or macadamia milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl and whisk together.

  2. Put in fridge and allow to set for at least eight hours.

  3. Spoon into bowls or jars, top with coconut whipped cream, vegan choc shavings and choice of low FODMAP nuts / seeds for crunch!
