Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Bars
Ingredients
- 300ml double cream
- 200g condensed milk, cold
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200g dark chocolate
- 50g white chocolate (optional)
Preparation
Add the vanilla and the double cream to a large mixing bowl and whip with an electric whisk for a few minutes.
Fold in the refrigerated condensed milk.
Divide the mixture between 4 popsicle moulds and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Gently melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie and set aside for a few minutes.
Remove the popsicles from their moulds and dip them in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely covered.
Place the popsicles on a tray covered with baking paper and return to the freezer.
In the meantime, melt the white chocolate over a bain-marie and transfer to a small piping bag.
Get the popsicles from the freezer and drizzle with the white chocolate.
