Mango Passion Fruit Nice Cream Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Super Vegan Banana Vanilla protein
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 3/4 cup plant milk
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- Pure maple syrup, optional
Nice cream
- 2 cups frozen cut bananas (about 2 bananas)
- 2 cups frozen mango pieces
- 2 passion fruits
- 2 tbsp Super Vegan Banana Vanilla protein
Optional toppings
- Fresh mango slices
- Passion fruit
- Coconut flakes
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all chia pudding ingredients and stir well, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set
In a blender, add frozen bananas, frozen mango pieces, passion fruits, and protein powder, then blend until smooth and creamy
In a serving bowl, layer the chia pudding and nice cream, or mix them together as desired
Add optional toppings such as fresh mango slices, passion fruit, and coconut flakes before serving
