Mango Passion Fruit Nice Cream Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Super Vegan Banana Vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • Pure maple syrup, optional

Nice cream

  • 2 cups frozen cut bananas (about 2 bananas)
  • 2 cups frozen mango pieces
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 2 tbsp Super Vegan Banana Vanilla protein

Optional toppings

  • Fresh mango slices
  • Passion fruit
  • Coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all chia pudding ingredients and stir well, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set

  2. In a blender, add frozen bananas, frozen mango pieces, passion fruits, and protein powder, then blend until smooth and creamy

  3. In a serving bowl, layer the chia pudding and nice cream, or mix them together as desired

  4. Add optional toppings such as fresh mango slices, passion fruit, and coconut flakes before serving
