Vegan Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup plant milk

Crunch

  • 55g chocolate chips
  • 65g roasted peanuts

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen bananas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and plant milk until smooth and creamy.

  2. Stir in the chocolate chips and roasted peanuts if desired.

  3. Freeze the mixture for at least 2 hours before serving.
