The Creamiest Best Vegan Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews, boiled 15 mins
  • ✨ 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ✨ almond milk (start with 1/4 cup and add as much as necessary)
  • ✨ 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • ✨ garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric
  • ✨ 1 tsp vegan butter, melted
  • ✨ 1/4 cup grated vegan cheese

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  2. Boil your pasta

  3. Warm up your mac n cheese sauce in a saucepan until the cheese has melted

  4. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce, if you want a thinner sauce add some of the pasta water

  5. Serve with coconut bacon + broccoli if you want
