The Creamiest Best Vegan Mac N Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews, boiled 15 mins
- ✨ 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ✨ almond milk (start with 1/4 cup and add as much as necessary)
- ✨ 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- ✨ garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric
- ✨ 1 tsp vegan butter, melted
- ✨ 1/4 cup grated vegan cheese
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Boil your pasta
Warm up your mac n cheese sauce in a saucepan until the cheese has melted
Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce, if you want a thinner sauce add some of the pasta water
Serve with coconut bacon + broccoli if you want
