Homemade Vegan Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • paprika powder
  • (water if needed)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and heat the mixture.

  3. Serve with vegan pasta and grilled broccoli.
