Homemade Vegan Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- pinch of salt
- pepper
- paprika powder
- (water if needed)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend until smooth and heat the mixture.
Serve with vegan pasta and grilled broccoli.
