Creamy Miso Ramen Bowl for Mid-Week Meal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 Tablespoon raw tahini
  • 1 cake ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup cooked edamame
  • Water

Preparation

  1. Boil water and cook ramen according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and set aside.

  2. While ramen cooks, thaw or steam edamame. Set aside.

  3. Add 1/4 cup almost boiling water to a dinner bowl and add miso and tahini. Whisk well.

  4. Pour remaining 3/4 cup of hot water to the bowl and whisk again.

  5. Add ramen and edamame.

  6. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and red chili flakes. Enjoy!
