Easy Chicken and Veggie Skillet Meal

Ingredients

  • frozen Aldi grilled chicken strips
  • squash
  • 1/2 avocado
  • tomato
  • feta cheese
  • cucumber

Preparation

  1. Cut the squash into pieces and cook in a skillet until tender.

  2. While the squash is cooking, cut the avocado, tomato, and cucumber into desired sizes.

  3. Heat the frozen chicken strips according to package instructions, which takes about 6-8 minutes.

  4. Assemble all the ingredients on a plate or in a bowl, adding feta to the tomato as preferred.
