Easy Chicken and Veggie Skillet Meal
Ingredients
- frozen Aldi grilled chicken strips
- squash
- 1/2 avocado
- tomato
- feta cheese
- cucumber
Preparation
Cut the squash into pieces and cook in a skillet until tender.
While the squash is cooking, cut the avocado, tomato, and cucumber into desired sizes.
Heat the frozen chicken strips according to package instructions, which takes about 6-8 minutes.
Assemble all the ingredients on a plate or in a bowl, adding feta to the tomato as preferred.
