Delicious Stacked Avocado Black Bean Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1/2 mashed avocado
- 1/2 cup black beans
- a slice of Chao cheese
- sliced cucumber
- tomato slices
- fresh baby kale
- two slices of seeded bread
Preparation
Start with mashed avocado on the bottom slice of bread.
Add 1/2 cup black beans on top of the avocado.
Place a slice of Chao cheese next.
Layer sliced cucumber over the cheese.
Add tomato slices.
Top with fresh baby kale.
Cover with the second slice of bread to complete the sandwich.
