Stacked and Loaded Tofu Avocado Lettuce Tomato Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 block pressed extra firm tofu
- balsamic vinegar
- soy sauce
- lettuce
- tomato
- avocado
Preparation
Cut the tofu into 1/2 inch slices.
Marinate in a few tablespoons of equal parts balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
Broil until crispy on the edges.
Add warm to sliced vegetables and avocado to assemble the sandwich.
