Stacked and Loaded Tofu Avocado Lettuce Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 block pressed extra firm tofu
  • balsamic vinegar
  • soy sauce
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • avocado

Preparation

  1. Cut the tofu into 1/2 inch slices.

  2. Marinate in a few tablespoons of equal parts balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.

  3. Broil until crispy on the edges.

  4. Add warm to sliced vegetables and avocado to assemble the sandwich.
