Easy Salmon Cakes with Garlic Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces canned salmon or cooked from fresh
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Trifecta from #BBSPICES
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives or spring onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties using a 1/2 cup measuring cup to make them uniform.

  2. Bake in an air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees or in an oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

  3. While the patties are cooking, mix 1/2 cup sour cream with 1-2 pressed cloves of garlic and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro.

  4. Serve immediately with avocado, lemon, and garlic cilantro sour cream.
