Easy Gluten-Free Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb organic, antibiotic-free ground turkey
- 1/2 cup white onion chopped
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1-2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil for cooking
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and drizzle it with oil.
Combine all ingredients for the meatballs except the oil in a bowl.
Form 1 1/2 inch round meatballs by rolling the mixture in your hands and place them on the baking tray, rolling lightly in the oil. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
