Grilled Vegan Steak with Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • plant steak
  • garlic infused olive oil (a dash)

Salad components

  • vine ripened tomatoes
  • raw garlic
  • fresh basil
  • red onion
  • black pepper
  • balsamic vinegar

Accompaniments

  • houmous (store-bought)
  • flaxseed grissini sticks (store-bought)

Preparation

  1. Chargrill the plant steak with a dash of garlic infused olive oil.

  2. Combine slices of vine ripened tomatoes, raw garlic, fresh basil, red onion, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar to make the salad.

  3. Serve the steak and salad with store-bought Moroccan houmous and flaxseed bread sticks.
