Savory Breakfast Plate with Eggs and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • spinach
  • sweet potatoes
  • tomato
  • primal palate breakfast blend

Preparation

  1. Roast sweet potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side, then broil for a few minutes until crispy.

  2. Sauté spinach in ghee and add primal palate breakfast blend.

  3. Fry an egg in ghee.

  4. Assemble the plate with roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed spinach, fried egg, avocado, and tomato.
