Simple Soba Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 500ml Water
- 6 Dried Shiitake mushrooms
- 50g Soba Noodles
- 5 Frozen Dumplings (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Tamari
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Preparation
Add water to saucepan with shiitake mushrooms and simmer for 30 minutes, then remove mushrooms and save them for another dish. Now you have your stock.
Add soba noodles and dumplings to stock along with Tamari, mirin, and sesame oil and simmer for a further 5 minutes. The dish is now ready—garnish with scallions.
