Veggie Noodles with Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300g noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/3 cup white sesame seeds
  • fresh oregano
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Huy Fong Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat and chop the vegetables while it warms up.

  2. Cook the onion in the hot oil for 5 minutes until soft.

  3. Add the chopped peppers and sauté until golden and soft.

  4. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

  5. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Sriracha chili sauce, and peanut butter.

  6. Mix the sauce until smooth.

  7. Add the cooked noodles to the wok with the vegetables, pour in the sauce, stir, and cook for 5 minutes over high heat.

  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh oregano to finish.
