Easy Peasy Chewy Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 12 medjool dates
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 70g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Pre heat the oven to 170c & line a 8x8” baking tray with foil

  2. Chop up the pitted dates into small pieces & then mix with the oats, almonds & chia seeds

  3. Press into baking tray & then chop up the chocolate into small pieces & press into the top

  4. Bake in the oven for 15 mins & then leave to cool before slicing into bars!
