Dark Chocolate Coconut Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup quinoa puffs
  • 1/3 cup grape nuts
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Line a 9x9 inch baking tray.

  2. Melt the maple syrup, cashew butter, and coconut oil in a pan.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients well in a bowl, pour over the wet mixture, mix well, and press firmly into the baking tray.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the top.

  5. Leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes and then slice into bars.

  6. Store in the fridge.
