White Chocolate and Coconut Flapjacks
Ingredients
- 200g oats
- 75g coconut oil
- 1 mashed banana
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- White chocolate (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix everything in a bowl.
Line an ovenproof dish and cook at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cool, slice, and sandwich with melted dairy-free white chocolate.
