White Chocolate and Coconut Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • 200g oats
  • 75g coconut oil
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 50g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • White chocolate (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix everything in a bowl.

  3. Line an ovenproof dish and cook at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

  4. Cool, slice, and sandwich with melted dairy-free white chocolate.
