Deeeelicious Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats (i mixed between big & small)
  • 1/3 cup quinoa puffs (can sub for crispy rice or more oats)
  • 1/3 cup grape nuts (found in the cereal aisle)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 almond butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Line a 9”x9” baking tray

  2. Melt the maple syrup, almond butter & coconut oil in a pan

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients well in a bowl & pour over the wet

  4. Mix well & then press firmly into baking tray

  5. Leave to set in the fridge for 30 mins & then slice up

  6. Keep in the fridge !
