Deeeelicious Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats (i mixed between big & small)
- 1/3 cup quinoa puffs (can sub for crispy rice or more oats)
- 1/3 cup grape nuts (found in the cereal aisle)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 almond butter
- 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Line a 9”x9” baking tray
Melt the maple syrup, almond butter & coconut oil in a pan
Mix all the dry ingredients well in a bowl & pour over the wet
Mix well & then press firmly into baking tray
Leave to set in the fridge for 30 mins & then slice up
Keep in the fridge !
