Ingredients
- 150g oats
- 3tb raisins
- 2tb peanuts
- 4 dried figs
- 125ml maple syrup
- 70g sunflowerseeds
- 2tb almondbutter
- 1ts cinnamon
- 2,5tb chia seeds
- 8 Dates
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat oven on 180degrees circulating air
Mix the almond butter, dates and the maple syrup in a mixer to a creamy puree
Chop the figs
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients
Add the date creme to the dry ingredients and mix well
Place on a baking tray with baking paper and spread smooth
Bake 25 minutes until golden
Cool down and cut into bars
