Chocolate Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 100g(1/2 cup) medjool dates
  • 135g(1 1/2 cup) oats
  • 2 heaping tbsp nut butter/tahini
  • 2 tbsp plant milk
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch salt
  • add ins:
  • nuts
  • dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • dessicated coconut

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until combined, but still chunky

  2. You could also soak and mash the dates along with the wet ingredients, and mix with the dry

  3. Add a little more milk if the mixture needs help coming together, then roll into balls

  4. Roll in cacao, coconut or just leave them plain

  5. Store in the fridge or freezer, and enjoy as a easy pick-me-up !!
