Warm Apple Cinnamon Oat Bowl

Preparation
Cook the oats with chopped apple and cinnamon in water or milk until soft and warmed through
Prepare the chia pudding by mixing chia seeds with a liquid such as milk or juice and letting it set for at least 15 minutes
Caramelize the banana by slicing it and cooking in a pan with a bit of sugar or butter until golden
Make the syrup by simmering apple pieces, berries, and rooibos tea together until thickened
Assemble the bowl by placing the warm oats as the base, adding chia pudding, nuts, caramelized banana, and fresh berries, then drizzling with the syrup
