Healthy Pink Pancakes with Beetroot and Vanilla
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2/3 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 banana
- 1/2 scoop vivolife vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated beetroot
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Your favorite toppings
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Fry the mixture to make pancakes.
Enjoy with your favorite toppings, such as tahini, berries, maple syrup, and coconut chips.
Note: Raspberries and tahini make a great combination.
