Healthy Pink Pancakes with Beetroot and Vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 scoop vivolife vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract
  • Your favorite toppings

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Fry the mixture to make pancakes.

  3. Enjoy with your favorite toppings, such as tahini, berries, maple syrup, and coconut chips.

  4. Note: Raspberries and tahini make a great combination.
