Roasted Coffee Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • decaf coffee beans
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp flax meal

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • banana slices
  • vanilla yogurt

Preparation

  1. Grind decaf coffee beans into powder.

  2. Combine the ground coffee, rolled oats, soymilk, water, maple syrup, and flax meal in a bowl.

  3. Mix everything well and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

  4. Top with sliced strawberries, banana slices, and vanilla yogurt before serving.
