Roasted Coffee Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- decaf coffee beans
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup soymilk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp flax meal
Toppings
- strawberries
- banana slices
- vanilla yogurt
Preparation
Grind decaf coffee beans into powder.
Combine the ground coffee, rolled oats, soymilk, water, maple syrup, and flax meal in a bowl.
Mix everything well and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
Top with sliced strawberries, banana slices, and vanilla yogurt before serving.
