Strawberry Cream Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup non dairy milk
- 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or pinch stevia
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, GF if needed
Preparation
Add 1/4 cup strawberries to a small blender with non dairy milk and sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy. It should turn a lovely pink color.
Add remaining 1/4 cup of strawberries to a bowl or jar. Then add chia seeds and oats, and pour strawberry milk over all. Stir well and let set in the fridge overnight or at least 20 minutes.
Stir well again before eating and enjoy.
