Strawberry and Cashew Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp cashews

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or Tupperware container

  2. Give a good stir and place in fridge to thicken overnight

  3. Served this with some banana sliced (mixed half with my oats and the other half on top of my bowl), extra cashews, nibs, pepitas, and puffed millet
