Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Maple Syrup and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup quick cook oats
- 1 cup water
- three dashes of cinnamon
- 1 apple
Toppings
- maple syrup
- additional apples
- Walnut Smacking Bites
- almond yogurt
Preparation
Chop the apple.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the rolled oats, quick cook oats, water, cinnamon, and chopped apple.
Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes.
Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
Add maple syrup, more chopped apples, Walnut Smacking Bites, and almond yogurt to the oatmeal.
Serve in a bowl.
