Sticky Chocolate Date and Nectarine Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
  • 150ml unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 date
  • 1 chunk of chocolate
  • 1 nectarine

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees C (fan oven).

  2. Mix oats, date, milk and cacao powder together in an oven-proof bowl.

  3. Place the nectarine slices on top, add the chocolate chunks, and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.

  4. Eat.
