Sticky Chocolate Date and Nectarine Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
- 150ml unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 date
- 1 chunk of chocolate
- 1 nectarine
Preparation
Heat oven to 180 degrees C (fan oven).
Mix oats, date, milk and cacao powder together in an oven-proof bowl.
Place the nectarine slices on top, add the chocolate chunks, and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
Eat.
