Chocolate Chip Mini Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 75g oats
  • 50g any yoghurt, such as vanilla soya
  • 2 chunks of Prodigy Snacks chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6.

  2. Blend the oats to a flour consistency.

  3. Chop the chocolate into small chunks.

  4. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined and clumpy.

  5. Pinch the clumpy dough to create 7 small balls and roll them in your hands.

  6. Place on a baking tray and oven bake for 15-20 minutes.
