Chocolate Chip Mini Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 75g oats
- 50g any yoghurt, such as vanilla soya
- 2 chunks of Prodigy Snacks chocolate
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6.
Blend the oats to a flour consistency.
Chop the chocolate into small chunks.
Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined and clumpy.
Pinch the clumpy dough to create 7 small balls and roll them in your hands.
Place on a baking tray and oven bake for 15-20 minutes.
