Vegan Snickers Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 10 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 can chickpeas (265g drained weight)
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 500 ml plant-based milk
- 200g oats
- 50g unsalted peanuts
- 50g chocolate chips

Preparation
Mix the dates, chickpeas, peanut butter and almond drink in the food processor or blender until the mixture has a thick and creamy texture.
Place the oats in an oven dish and pour the mixture over them. Add the peanuts and dark chocolate and mix everything well together.
Distribute some extra peanuts and chocolate over the top and put the dish in the oven. Bake the baked oats for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Cut the baked oats into pieces. Serve immediately as breakfast or snack or freeze the pieces.
