Easy Homemade 4-Ingredient Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts

Preparation

  1. To a large bowl, add the oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Combine them well so that all of the ingredients are evenly mixed.

  2. Add the mixed nuts and incorporate them in with the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Spread the granola onto a baking tray that you line with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350°F/175°C. You can bake for longer, up to 20 minutes, if you like your granola crunchier.

Tips

  1. For mixed nuts, feel free to add almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, or any kind you like.

  2. Enjoy by adding the granola to yogurt and fruit, or a smoothie.
