Single-Serving Apple Crumble Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped apples
Crumble
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Preparation
Combine all oats ingredients in a 5-inch ramekin.
Combine crumble ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over oat mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
