Single-Serving Apple Crumble Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped apples

Crumble

  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Combine all oats ingredients in a 5-inch ramekin.

  2. Combine crumble ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over oat mixture.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  4. Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
