Blue Spirulina Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 100 grams instant oats
  • 35 grams vegan protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 200-250 ml almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons blue spirulina powder

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together: instant oats, vegan protein powder, baking powder, and blue spirulina powder

  2. Mash the banana and combine it with the almond milk in a separate bowl

  3. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a batter forms

  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease if necessary

  5. Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown
